General
Mental Flaws:
Ability Inept (-1 pt): You really suck at some ability, even though you have points in it. Choose any ability in which you have at least 1 dot; you suffer a +2 difficulty for every use of that ability.
Supernatural Merits:
Psionic Bane (2/4/6 pts): You are a walking field of interference for psionic powers. Your presence applies a +1 to +3 difficulty modifier (+1 per two points spent in the Merit) to any psionics used on you, or in your presence. This includes mind-affecting Disciplines like Auspex, Dominate, Presence, and Dementation, as well as mind-related shifter Gifts, but does not include Mage sphere magic or Changeling Arts, due to their dynamic natures.
Sorcery Bane (2/4/6 pts): You are a walking field of interference for Sorcery powers. Your presence applies a +1 to +3 difficulty modifier (+1 per two points spent in the Merit) to any Sorcery used on you, or in your presence. This includes Thaumaturgy and Necromancy Disciplines as well, as well as shifter Gifts with an outward mystical effect, but does not include Mage sphere magic or Changeling Arts, due to their dynamic natures.
Supernatural Flaws:
Psionic Magnet (2/4/6 pts): You are a walking magnet for psionic powers. Your presence applies a -1 to -3 difficulty modifier (-1 per two points granted by the Flaw) to any psionics or mind-affecting powers used on you, or in your presence. This includes mind-affecting Disciplines like Auspex, Dominate, Presence, and Dementation, as well as mind-related shifter Gifts, but does not include Mage sphere magic or Changeling Arts, due to their dynamic natures.
Sorcery Magnet (2/4/6 pts): You are a walking magnet for Sorcery powers. Your presence applies a -1 to -3 difficulty modifier (-1 per two points granted by the Flaw) to any Sorcery or static magic used on you, or in your presence. This includes Thaumaturgy and Necromancy Disciplines as well, as well as shifter Gifts with an outward mystical effect, but does not include Mage sphere magic or Changeling Arts, due to their dynamic natures.
Sorcerer/Psychic
Supernatural Merits:
Cantrips (2 pts): With this Merit, you have learned a series of minor, helpful magics that can make your life easier, as the earliest part of your Sorcery training. List three effects that do not effect actual stats, and you can use those pretty much at will, with no rolls unless it’s against an unwilling target. Examples include: instantly cleaning something that’s dirty or polishing something that’s dusty (these can work on yourself as well); finding something misplaced within your home, vehicle, or Sanctum; seasoning food appealingly; recoloring an object temporarily; clipping hair or nails neatly; repairing a small tear or flaw in an object that is not of great value (e.g. a run in your stocking, yes, but a broken Ming vase, no). This differs from Parlor Trick in that a cantrip isn’t an innately magical task –it’s just performed magically. (Sorcerer)
Extended Study (5 pts): With this Merit, you can gain access to a sorcerous version of a single Phenomenon path. It cannot already be represented by a similar Sorcery path. For example, you cannot choose Psychoportation, because there is already the Conveyance Sorcery path. (Sorcerer)
Expanded Capability (5 pts): With this Merit, you can gain access to a psionic version of a single Sorcery path. It cannot already be represented by a similar Psychic phenomenon. For example, you cannot choose Conveyance, because there is already the Psychoportation phenomenon. (Psychic)
Unseen Servant (1 pt): You have a Sorcery-bound servitor of some sort that tends to your home. It could be a Domovik with which you have a pact, or a simple spell given form from another mystic way, but it is single-minded about tending to your household and keeping things clean. It will continue to do this for each day it has 4 uninterrupted hours alone in the house, and you will never see it working – nor will anyone else. (Sorcerer)
Supernatural Flaws:
Limited Sorcery (5 pts): With this Flaw, you can never gain more than three paths in Sorcery. This flaw cannot be bought off. Ever.
Limited Psionics (5 pts): With this Flaw, you can never gain more than three paths in Phenomena. This flaw cannot be bought off. Ever.
