- Abilities 13/9/5
- Backgrounds 5
- Disciplines: 3
- Virtues: 7
- Humanity: Conscience + Self-Control ratings
- Willpower: Courage rating
- Freebies: 15
Some variances may apply for non-Humanity-based characters; follow the 20th Anniversary Edition guidelines for those.
Concepts we don’t want to see are:
- Anything out of the Tal’Mahe’Ra book
- Anything that is unlikely to get along with a group made up primarily of Mages.
