XP in Anywhere Café
Giving votes
- You can give 1 vote per character per day, for any character you played with. Please note that this also means that if you play with the same character on two different characters, you can still only vote once.
- Staff-designated NPCs do not receive votes or XP.
Popcorn awards
If you want to reward other players for a scene you’re not involved with but are enjoying watching, use the Popcorn award for the players, which will give them a small bonus for playing something that’s fun to watch!
Universal Basic XP Income
Any player who was active during any given week will receive 9XP base. In addition, characters will gain the total of all the votes and popcorns that come in through the week.
Vote value
- Each vote will count as 0.50XP.
- Popcorn awards will count as 0.25XP.
- Plot rewards will be calculated by book values, based on ST advice.
- Votes and Popcorn will be tallied once per week and posted on the message board.
- Votes are not transferrable from one character to another, except in the case of character death/retirement. In those cases, we’ll figure something out.
Plot rewards, etc.
- Plots run by players or staff will get XP awards directly from me as appropriate.
- Storytellers who post logs of their plots will be granted a Player XP reward.
- Other rewards are negotiable as well.
